Today we had to make a real or fake post.This is my real or fake photo.

The thing I found difficult is when we had to take the photo and paste it into the background.
The things I liked about this task is that I love how the background turned out with the photo of me at the beach.
I think the easiest part was removing the background of my photo

This is our career sort to choose what careers we are interested in and what we aren't interested in.

Rugby world cup rugby ball

Hello my name is chloe this is my world cup rugby ball. The reason we did this is because the rugby world cup this year:2019 and we had to go around and find pieces of paper and copy and paste the information we needed and then we put it on parts of the rugby ball to match all of the information we need.At the end when we have filled all the parts we put then together and then we have our rugby ball like the one above .                       👍leave a comment👍

This right here is our powtoon for our inquiry question. The reason we did this is to figure out what we don't know and turn it into something we do know. I found this challenging because we had to do allsorts of research and discovering out thing that some of us had never heard of before like a bibliography.                                   sadly I didn't make it into the finals I love my speech.
                                  My favourite speech was Rio's his was about dyslexia.

group problem solving

Today in maths we did group problem solving.

First of we had to circle the numbers, underline the question, box the key words, evaluate and draw and solve and check.

secondly we solved it like this.  So how many times does 50 cents go into $3.50 the answer my group got =7
Now they bought the ticket at 3.15pm and what time does the ticket expire. if we add 15 onto 3.15 it =3.30

then if you have 3.30pm and ad two more 15 min on it  =4.00pm then you have 4 15 min left when you add those onto 4.00 you get 5.00 and that is your answer

Enviro center trip

Hello and welcome to my blog this post is about when we went on our trip to the enviro center. First we took a stop at the botanical gardens.Then we had another brake at the library. The lady at the library gave us a great tour around. When we got to the enviroment  center we did a rotation first I went went  to Gizzi kai Rescue and we learnt that food that is not good to throw away even if it is  expired.If It  has a rapping and kept in a cool spot like the fridge then you can eat it again. when we went to the worm farm i found out that worms dont like sour food such as lemon oranges and they dont like hot food like chilli .then we did 5 more rotations.Then went back to school I had a great time😀

this is how i worked it out.

9 hats -3 hats then that ended up as 6 hats left  then i added three hats into week three so all the hats would equal 6 then Toni had to sell 10 hats to make the average 7 in every week.

EOTC

Hi i'm Chloe and  i'm going to tell you what the year six learning neighborhood and nine year fives went on EOTC .

on the first day we went for a two hour walk up cooks cove and had a swim at the lagoon but I didnt goo for a swim then we  walked all the way back it was exorsting.




On the second day we first went to mini putting I came third.Then we went to the adventure playground to eat our morning tea.After we went surfing  i caught some good waves.Later on we went to the skate park and ate and played there for an hour.

basically what we had to do is we had to do is go on a site and draw or write what it told us to do

it was really fun but it took forever because we had to make sure it was quality I think it was really fun I hope we get to do the back of the t-shirt.

horohopu

In room 12 we have been learning a game called horohopu now this is a really fun game so practically what you do is you get into a team of as many as you want but not to much then you get a long poi and you pass it to somebody else. But the tricky thing is that you have to catch the poi by the string now it may seen´s really easy but wait until this next so after you have figured out how to catch the poi you do tricks.

Like clap before you catch the poi and you can do so much more.In room 12 we have got five week's to learn horohopu. You also get picked to go against other 
school´s.
